Users Cannot Login Via Quarantine
Solution
Access is given on a 'permissions' basis, which means that by default, all users uploaded or entered in to the system database are added to the 'everyone' group, giving them restricted user access to portal.
Users are, by default, able to login from the Quarantine Digest using the "Sign in" link in the top right hand corner of the Quarantine Digest Email.
If a user cannot login via this method, check that the user is in the "everyone" group and that the group contains the permissions to login from the Quarantine Digest. Search "Manage Groups" for further information.
On occassion, the branding of the service by a partner can cause errors when logging in this way due to an incorrectly configured brand. Search "Adding Brands" for further information.
