Login On Behalf

Solution "The Login On Behalf function can be found in the following areas:

For Partners:
Login to the portal as the administrator.
Select "Administration" from the tabs at the top of the page.
Select "Manage Customer"
Select the customer that you wish to manage
Select "Administrators" from the tabs in the new window open
Select the "Login on behalf" button next to the administrator you want to login as.

For End Users:
Login to the portal as the administrator
Select "Users and Groups" from the menu bar at the top of the page
Find the user you wish to login as and select the "Login on behalf" buttin next to the user."
