Users Cannot Login via Portal
Solution
The Email Management Portal is accessed at
http://portal.inboxportal.com
Access is given on a 'permissions' basis, which means that by default, all users uploaded or entered in to the system database are added to the 'everyone' group, giving them restricted user access to portal.
A random password is generated for each user when they are initially setup on the system. In order to gain access to the system through the portal login page, they will need to click the 'Forgot Password' link the first time they access the portal this way. An email is generated with their password information and they can now access the system. Alternatively, you may access the portal from the Quarantine Digest by clicking 'sign in'.
The user can then alter their password in the "Settings" tab.If the user cannot login, check first that they are allowed "Login Access" to the portal under the "Groups" section. Search for "Managing Groups" in the knowledge base for further information."
